I stumbled upon this site through Facebook. What a great idea to raise awareness AND get the FDA to support Gluten Free food labeling!
In case you haven't heard, we're going to build the World's Tallest Gluten-Free Cake! That's right - May 4, 2011 in Washington, DC, we're building this massive edible structure to push the FDA to set a federal standard for "Gluten-Free" on food labels! It's about awareness, it's about food safety and it's about cake!
