We grill A LOT when it's hot outside. I let the boys run in the backyard chasing the dog while I grill. Here is what's for dinner tonight. Grilled pork chops.
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1/2 Cup of wheat free soy sauce
2 TBSP of brown sugar (I used dark but you can use light if you have it)
Mix well and pour over pork chops. Let marinade 2-4 hours or overnight. Grill 8 minutes on each side until the chops are done. Serve with grilled vegetables and rice. Enjoy.
